TRUE Business Consultants

Privacy Policy

Effective date: October 26, 2026

1. Who we are and what this policy covers

TRUE Business Consultants LLC (“TRUE,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides credit-repair assistance, personal and business funding guidance, business-readiness services, education and mentorship. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose and protect information through our website, assessments, intake forms, client portal, consultations, communications and related services.

This policy describes information practices. It does not itself authorize a credit-report request, dispute submission, lender application, credit inquiry, marketing message or recurring charge. We obtain separate authorization or consent where required.

2. Information we collect

Depending on the services you request, we may collect:

  • Contact and account information: name, email, phone, address, login identifiers and account preferences.
  • Identity and verification information: date of birth, photo identification, proof of address and, only when necessary for the requested service, Social Security number or a Social Security card image.
  • Credit and dispute information: credit reports, scores, tradelines, inquiries, account identifiers, dispute explanations, supporting documents, correspondence, responses and outcomes.
  • Financial and funding information: income, employment, debts, requested funding, business revenue, bank statements and other information needed to evaluate funding options or support an authorized application.
  • Business information: business name, ownership, entity registration, EIN documentation, industry, addresses, phone, website, email, licenses and other readiness records.
  • Transaction information: purchased services, subscription status, payment confirmations and billing records. Payment providers process payment credentials; we may receive transaction identifiers, card brand and limited card details.
  • Communications and activity: messages, support requests, chatbot conversations, appointments, uploaded files, consent records and activity within the portal.
  • Technical information: IP address, browser and device information, timestamps, pages visited and cookie or similar technology data where used.

You may choose not to provide information, but we may be unable to perform a service that requires it. Do not upload someone else’s information unless you have authority to do so.

3. Where information comes from

We receive information directly from you, from your use of our services, and from providers you authorize us to use. These may include credit-monitoring providers such as IdentityIQ, credit bureaus, financial institutions and funding providers. We may also review public business registries and business listings when assessing business readiness.

Direct connections to credit-report or funding providers depend on authorized access and availability. You may instead submit an authorized report or document through our secure upload process.

4. How we use information

We use information to:

  • Conduct assessments, verify identity and provide requested services.
  • Review credit reports, organize authorized disputes, track responses and communicate next steps.
  • Evaluate business information consistency and identify business-readiness tasks.
  • Identify potential personal or business funding options and support applications you authorize.
  • Operate accounts, intake, scheduling, education, mentorship, billing and support.
  • Send service notifications and, where appropriately authorized, marketing communications.
  • Record agreements and consents, prevent fraud, secure systems, resolve disputes and comply with legal obligations.
  • Improve service reliability and understand website performance.

Funding matches are guidance, not approval decisions. Lenders determine eligibility and terms. Publicly available business data may be incomplete or outdated.

5. How we disclose information

We disclose information only for applicable purposes described in this policy, including:

Service providers. We use providers for hosting, secure forms, customer relationship management, scheduling, communications, payment processing, identity verification and other operational functions. Depending on the deployed service, these may include GoHighLevel, Jotform, Google Calendar and an approved payment provider. Providers receive the information needed for their role under applicable arrangements.

Authorized credit-repair recipients. With appropriate authorization, we may send necessary information and supporting documents to credit bureaus, creditors, furnishers or other recipients involved in your dispute. Government reports or complaints are submitted only as authorized and appropriate to the service.

Authorized funding recipients. When you request and authorize a funding application or referral, we may share relevant information with the identified lender, marketplace or funding partner. Their own privacy policies govern information they collect and use. We do not treat a general assessment as authorization to submit applications to every lender. Any required credit inquiry authorization is handled separately.

Legal and protective purposes. We may disclose information when required by law or reasonably necessary to respond to lawful requests, protect rights, investigate fraud or address security incidents.

Business changes. Information may be transferred as part of a merger, acquisition or sale, subject to applicable law and appropriate protections.

At your direction. We may disclose information to another person or organization when you direct or authorize us to do so.

Mobile numbers, SMS opt-in information and consent are not shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Operational providers may process this information to deliver messages on our behalf.

6. Sensitive information and secure intake

We request sensitive information only when needed for the requested service or applicable requirements. Use our designated secure intake or portal upload route for identification, Social Security information, credit reports and financial documents. Do not send passwords, complete Social Security numbers, payment credentials or identity documents through ordinary text messages, public chatbot conversations or unsecured email.

Access to sensitive records is limited to authorized personnel and providers with an operational need. CRM notifications and routine messages should contain status updates rather than complete sensitive documents or identifiers.

7. AI assistance

Where available, our AI assistant uses approved educational material and service information to respond to questions. Chat messages may be processed by providers supporting the assistant and reviewed by authorized personnel for support, quality and security.

Do not enter sensitive identifiers or upload identity documents into the public assistant. Personalized access to client records is restricted to authorized portal features. AI responses may contain errors and should not be treated as lender approval or a substitute for professional advice. Contact our team for clarification or human assistance.

The information available to an AI feature depends on its authorized function and configuration. Any use of client-specific information must follow the applicable permissions and privacy notices.

8. Cookies and similar technologies

We may use cookies or similar technologies for sign-in, security, preferences and website measurement. Where required, we obtain consent before using optional technologies. You can manage cookies through browser settings and any available website preference controls. Disabling necessary cookies may affect portal access or other features.

If we introduce advertising technologies or materially different sharing practices, we will update this policy and provide any required notice, choice or consent before enabling them.

9. Communications and your choices

You may unsubscribe from marketing emails using the unsubscribe link. For text messages, follow the opt-out instructions provided, including replying STOP where supported. Marketing preferences do not necessarily stop essential account, security or service communications through other permitted channels.

Marketing consent and recurring billing consent are separate from acknowledging this Privacy Policy. You may contact us to request withdrawal of an authorization, subject to applicable law and actions already taken. Withdrawal may affect our ability to continue the related service.

10. Retention

We retain information for the time needed to provide services, maintain appropriate business and consent records, resolve disputes, prevent fraud and meet legal or contractual obligations. Retention periods depend on the type of record, its purpose and applicable requirements.

We periodically review records for secure deletion or de-identification when no longer needed. Information subject to a legal hold or required recordkeeping may be retained longer. Backup copies may remain until they expire under the backup retention schedule.

11. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards appropriate to the information processed, including access controls and secure transmission where applicable. No internet transmission or storage system is completely secure. Protect your login credentials and notify us promptly of suspected unauthorized account access.

If a security incident occurs, we investigate and provide notices where required by applicable law.

12. Privacy requests

Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or obtain a copy of certain personal information, or to exercise additional privacy choices. Some requests are subject to exceptions, including required recordkeeping and protecting other individuals’ information.

Contact us using the details below. We may verify your identity before acting on a request, using a method proportionate to the information involved. Where applicable, authorized agents may submit requests with proof of authority. If an appeal right applies, contact us to request review of a denied request. We will not unlawfully discriminate against you for exercising privacy rights.

13. Third-party services

Links, embedded forms and redirects may lead to third-party services, including credit-monitoring and lender websites. Review their privacy policies. This policy does not control independent third parties’ practices.

14. Children and service location

Our services are intended for adults age 18 and older and are directed to customers in the United States. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Contact us if you believe a child has provided information so we can investigate and take appropriate action.

15. Changes

We may update this policy as our practices change. We will post the revised effective date and provide additional notice or obtain consent when required. Changes do not replace separate authorizations required for credit reports, applications, marketing or billing.
